Data is stored in encrypted form across our regional infrastructure (EU, US, APAC). You may request your data residency preference at account creation. Backups are retained for 30 days and rotated automatically.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may export all your data in a portable format. You may close your account, in which case data is permanently removed no longer than 30 days, except where retention may be legally required.
